The paper “The management dispute of the full jurisdiction and the protection of the parties’ rights” consists of Introduction, three parts named The guarantees for protection of the rights and the freedoms of the parties in the lawsuit, The management dispute and protection of the parties’ rights, The management dispute of full jurisdiction and protection of the parties’ rights and Concluding notes. The paper's aim is to present the process guarantees offered in the lawsuit for protecting the parties in the lawsuits at the Macedonian Courts and to make analysis when it comes to the management dispute especially the dispute of the full jurisdiction. In this paper are also presented certain weaknesses of the regulation of this plan and also are given some suggestions for its overcoming.
