This study used Ratio Analysis to find the profitability, liquidity, solvency position of Pulse Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd for a period of 5 years i.e. from 2010–11 to 2014–15. For the study data has been collected from secondary sources which include books, Company's Financial Statements and online sources. From the study it has been found that the company is developing steadily in terms of revenue. It is maintaining good financial leverage and adequate debt equity ratio. Liquidity position of the company is not satisfactory as it is not having enough cash to meet its short-term obligations.
