Gender discrimination in wage

Discrimination means considering not equal to other. Women shall not be regarded equal to men in the workplace as they are having many problems related to their gender, even though they are working equally to men they are not getting the same reward or benefit whatever people get from the organization. They face many hindrances from their childhood. The reason behind this is our traditional beliefs and values. It is not only in the 21st century, but it started as early as the 19th century. Some other reasons like families economic condition, social traditional believes are also lead to discrimination.
