In today's world of global business competition, organizations are facing developing challenges in the form of attaining and optimization of human resource capital. The success of an organization is inclined by many factors but the key factor that affects the performance of organisation is its workforce. Human resources play an important role in the achievement of organizational objectives. The objective of the study was to explore the relationship between employees’ job satisfaction and organizational commitment among private bank employees of Nagpur city.
