A variety of quantitative and qualitative research methods are available to the researcher, ranging from interviews, questionnaires, observation, experiments, to case studies. This paper will focus on one of the above methods, namely questionnaires. Paper will give a brief introduction about the method, and then highlight the procedure as preparation of questionnaire. This paper aims to identify the characteristics of a web-based questionnaire that supports researchers ‘in research needs. So the paper provides a rigorous guideline for the process of preparing an appropriate web-based questionnaire for the researchers. Lastly, offer a conclusion of this paper.
