The development of a country is affected by many interrelated factors namely economic, social, human, environmental, etc. Each of these parameters is critical in itself. Most developing countries face different development problems as a result of many combinations of the following factors. Economic development must be aligned with social development. The process of improving agriculture, industry, trade, transport, irrigation, energy resources, etc indicates an economic change while improving the process of health, education, housing, drinking water, etc. However, both are directly or indirectly related to people's financial situation of the country. In this case study, the whole focus is on how the PMUY scheme has been implemented, what all factors are considered under it and what all characteristics are there and what the data reveled about the same
