As per act of ‘Right to Education’ and universal movement ‘Education for All’ – All children irrespective of their diversities have right for appropriate education according to their need, interest and abilities. For the purpose principle of Inclusive Education accepted and adopted globally by most of the developed and developing countries, so children with special needs could bring and linked with an education system. In the process again questions arise that, Are the teachers of general schools prepared or competent for an inclusive environment to achieve the goal of compulsory and inclusive education It is also challenging for the teachers to equip themselves with new techniques to meet the individual educational needs of all children.
Hence the purpose of this paper is to attempt and present the results of review literature to make out the answers of the questions, how the teachers equipped to teach and instruct the students with learning diversity in an inclusive environment by the use of ICTs. New modern sectors of communication, media and information technology bring close the societies and help to understand and transform new social relationship. This review is set out to identify the challenges in inclusive education and relevant strategies to catch the challenges in inclusive classes.
