Teacher-Student role towards quality enhancement and sustenance

Our country stands as a second largest domain in educational system in the world. A cynosure on quality enhancement and sustenance in higher education has become nation's priority to achieve desired results of social transformation for sustainable growth towards economic development. Quality enhancement and sustenance is not a single event or cannot be defined in a single term. It is an on-going, continuous and a dynamic process since time immemorial. It should be an on-going process and a life-long Endeavour of any institution. There is a paradigm shift from traditional education to digital education. There is a need for transformation of quality enhancement and sustenance from traditional perspective to global perspective. Towards achieving these goals the role of teacher-student is essential. The involvement and commitment of teacher-student in institutional growth and development has become crucial and inevitable. This paper emphasizes on the role of teacher-student quality enhancement and sustenance towards institutional building. The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) plays a pivotal role in providing un-interrupted quality and measures to sustain such quality on an on-going basis.
