The objective of this research article is to study the impact of managerial competencies on the performance of the organisation, by using competency framework, wherein the managerial competencies are studied by including four variables (cross-function groups, leadership team, learning environment and change management). The review was done and it was found that the managerial competencies when studied at the organisational level, not only improves the financial performance, but also influence other perspectives of balance scorecard.
