Abstract

Technical and tactical skills, high aerobic and anaerobic power, anthropometric and physical characteristics and individual physical performance, capacities are most important factors that contribute to the success of a team in volleyball competitions. Novice female volleyball players are therefore exposed to more demanding schedules, with longer periods of training and practicing.
