Abstract

The economy of a country can function without many hassles if the banking system is flexible and capable of meeting the new challenges posed by the external as well as the internal factors. The banking sector in India is on a rising trend and uses technology to acquire process and deliver services to every individual and gives prime importance for the satisfaction of its customers. Satisfaction is the outcome of good services rendered on time. Advancement in computer technology has unbolt new markets, new products, advanced services and efficient delivery channels for the banking industry. Thus, an attempt has made to study the impact of computer technology on Customer Satisfaction with respect to selected public and private sector banks in Chennai city.
