This research paper is a study on the export performance of Indian automobile industry. The study has been done for the last decade with secondary data which have been analysed in terms of Mean, Variance, Standard Deviation, Mean Absolute Deviation and Trend Analysis. The growth rates in near future have been estimated based on the analysis. The export performances of selected companies over time have been compared with the stock history over the same time period. However, the study shows that the overall export growth is positive even though there are some fluctuations from linearity. Forecast for the growth was shown to be high.
