A study on deriving factor affecting job satisfaction among academicians in management institutes of national capital region

In day to day running life the most relevant aspect considered is Satisfaction, whether it is for a businessman or for service personnel. Job satisfaction need to be analyzed as satisfaction leads to effectiveness and efficiency. This study is confined to service personnel particularly academicians in management institutes of National Capital Region. This study is exploratory and based on primary data. The sample size is 450. The study intended to derive factors determining the academicians' satisfaction. Thus, exploratory factor analysis is used in the study. The study resulted in seven factors like compensation, career growth, working conditions, job security and others. The study is mainly based on Delhi/NCR region.
