As the job market has become more competitive than any time before, many academic requirements have emerged. Recently, the educational environment has become more competent than any time before. All the part of educational system including colleges and universities has been competing for providing qualified graduates to the labor market. A high morale means the employee is satisfied with the job, puts in effort, is creative, takes initiative, is committed to the organization and focuses on achieving organizational goals rather than personal goals.
In the present study an attempt has been made to study the employee morale and its influence on employee performance at ShCT (Shinas College of Technology). This study will be useful to help the employees to satisfy at job. Also, it will help to prepare a healthy learning environment where such criteria will grow. The research question was: What are the factors influences on employee morale at ShCT? Is there any significant relationship between employee morale and employee performance? Study shows that employee's morale and its influence on employee's performance at Shinas College of Technology is a positive relationship. The correlation between these two variables is 0.87.
The most important factor contributing employees morale are style of leadership, degree of job enrichment embraced, quality of working environment, relationship between employee and the supervisors, nature of job, amount of responsibility possess in job, team work.
