Faculty performance management is the key factor in establishing job satisfaction of faculty members employed in private educational institutions. The destiny of faculty member can be measured with the aid of performance management. Therefore, the faculty member's job satisfaction is widely dependent upon their performance management and motivation in the workplace. Satisfied faculty may contribute more towards the institutional success. In this perspective, this study has been endeavoured to assess the various factors connected with performance management and motivation of faculty members. This study has been formulated with a sample of 100 faculty members working in various private educational institutions. Data has been collected by disseminating questionnaire among the faculty members. The samples are selected on random basis and descriptive research design has been used to formulate this research. This study employed simple percentage analysis, factor analysis, and linear multiple regression analysis to interpret results. Findings concluded that job satisfaction of faculty members is mainly influenced by performance management techniques of private educational institutions.
