A study on impact of goods and services tax on automobile industry in Indian economy

GST have a very important role on automobile sector. The after the introduction of GST the automobile sector will be facing many challenges and they will be faced to made many changes on their activities such as lack of adaptation, lack of trained staff, double registration can increase compliances and cost, lack of clear mechanism to control tax evasion, hard to estimate the exact impact of GST, change in the vehicle prices, time of supply for payment. So this study made an attempt to understand impact of GST on automobile industry one of fastest moving industry in India and changes in Indian economy.
