This study tried to find out the job satisfaction among the school teachers.
1. To explore the level of job satisfaction among the school teachers in Coimbatore district.
2. To examine job satisfaction among the school teachers in Coimbatore district.
The investigator adopted survey method for the study
Two hundred and fifteen (215) school teachers were selected as sample for the study.
Job Satisfaction scale developed by Prof. Dr. S. Sathiyagirirajan was used for the study.
The results showed that the level of Job Satisfaction among school teachers is average.
