The present study was focused on the teaching capability of lecturers in accordance to the personality traits and their general life adjustment. A Sample of 300 male and female lecturers completed the questionnaire which included the measure of their adjustment in accordance to the various personality traits. It was hypothesized that the difference between adjustment level of successful and unsuccessful lecturers is significant. The findings suggest that various personality traits strongly effect the success of lecturers at higher academic level.
