The study, “DHL Courier “, this study is basically needed to identified the cycle process of courier with the help of delivery executive. The survey is made in Coimbatore City. Structured questionnaire is collected for 123 respondents. This study is also known to analyse about the Employee satisfaction and lead time in courier delivery process.
