The main purpose of this study is to examine methods of cyber bullying and its influence or effects on victim in India. Major objective of this study is to inspect the current in Indian laws and regulation towards cyber bullying.
This paper especially pulls the work carried out by the researcher for last one year along with review of literature. A psychological approach is taken to understand better about cyber bullying in India and its interference on individuals, group and society towards affirmative outcomes
This paper indicates that if cyber bullying is not maintained properly then there will be a negative impact on victims and society (physical, mental and emotional attitude) where the performance and productivity of the victim will be declined due to cyber bullying. Strategies related to training and development, governance process, awareness on cyberbullying activity and care for victims are the ways to handle bullying in the workplace.
This study is a literature review and it does not deal with any statistical background to check the victim's physical and psychological impact. The research mainly concentrates on Indian laws and regulations towards cyber bullying where, other countries are not concentrated.
This study deeply understands the effects of cyber bullying in society and leads to suggestion on bullying issues to promote the culture, value, attitude and behavior of the bully's ad victims.
