Principle commodity plays a vital role in earning economic value of a country. The principle commodity exports which includes both agricultural sector and manufacturing sector. Agriculture plays a multifunctional role with every 1% rise in agricultural productivity cutting poverty by an estimated 0.6%. Notwithstanding this, world agriculture exports have not kept pace with the growth in exports of either manufactured products or mining products. As against, exports of manufactures have more than trebled from US$ 2.4 trillion in 1990 to US$ 7.3 trillion in 2005. Based on the results, ranking for export of principle commodity and suggestions are given.
