The main aim of the study is to explore the range and influences related to causes, effects and how to manage the romantic relationship issues in university students. According to results the main causes of relationship issues are excessive use of social media, misunderstanding and mistrust. The major effects of relationship issues of university students are engagement on social media increased, low academic performance and problem with daily routine. And more effective management types to manage the relationship issues are honesty, effective communication and mutual respect and support.
