E-Governance is a practice in which the Governments not only works but also shares information, engages citizens and cater the delivery system to every client for the common benefit. EGovernance refers to the use of information and communication technologies, as such the widearea networks, mobile data or internet etc. to deliver services to ultimate citizens, have the facility to make over relations with citizens, patrons, vendors and government. In present scenario, there are numbers of acceptable reasons in favor and against in terms of using e-government services by the users of selected tribal region. The government is keen to redress current issues which are mainly infrastructure development and creating awareness. Public utility services are based on the principle of maximum utility and benefits to the citizens. This research study also attempts to get outcome about the factors that facilitate users'satisfaction of e-governance services by citizens ’perspective of tribal region of Rajasthan. The study consists of ten independent variables and one dependent variable i.e. users satisfaction to e-governance services. The outcomes of multiple regression analysis showed that the model has explained 90% variance towards the dependent variable which is corner stone of the study. The results of multiple regression indicate that perceived ease of using facilities, technical self-efficacy, perceived, acquaintance of the system, perceived usefulness and using of local language have profound effect on users satisfaction whereas the variables like personalization, website quality, computer unease, and cyber security are not principal predictors for users'satisfaction towards e-governance facilities proposed by the system. Thus, success of e-government is fully dependent on the citizens'willingness and availability to use the new system. The powerful mechanism of ICT will create a favorable impact on citizens to involve voluntarily them for utilizing the services offered by the government.
