Article Submission Guidelines
PSYBER NEWS is a half-yearly peer reviewed, need based International Psychological Research Publication under the patronage of Prasad Psycho Corporation India, to publish wide range of articles pertaining to different perspectives of methodologies and techniques in Psychological research. It includes two sections: (a) Research articles and (b) Current news. All manuscripts should be submitted electronically to the Editor-in-chief, PSYBER NEWS, E-mail:journals@prasadpsycho.com.
Research Articles: It includes (a) judgment about existing paradigms of psychological research and the application of decision-making models; (b) development, validation, and application of assessment instruments; (c) history of psychological research; (d) tutorial articles; (e) review of quantitative and qualitative research; (f) document mining and psycho informatics. Authors are requested to follow general guidelines of the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association. Full text should comply with the guidelines of abstract reviewers. Article should be need based, simple and easy to understand. Avoid over generalization. Technical terms should be defined so that readers especially student communities can understand without much effort. The magazine is not suitable for publication of theoretical research paper. Rather it invites articles concerned with critical appraisal of existing research methods using case studies or empirical researches. Authors are requested to use picture or image file and multimedia as the magazine will be available in both print and internet modes.
News Articles: News section is about (a) announcement or proceedings of conferences; (b) announcement or proceedings of workshops; (c) interviews with some Eminent Professors of Psychology; (d) publication of test materials; (e) innovation in the psychology department of university or research institute. News should cater the needs of student readers rather advertisements.
PAPER SUBMISSION GUIDELINES: There are two stages in submission of articles - (a) abstract submission (b) full paper submission.
Abstract submission guidelines: Authors are requested to submit abstract according to following guidelines. The abstract will be blind reviewed by the members of the Editorial board. So, write your name and other details in separate sheet. Abstract length will be 200 words. In abstract, write (a) title of the paper; (b) Author/s name; (c)Author/s' Title/Position and Institutional Affiliation (if there are more than one institutional affiliations, please indicate which author belong to what institution; do the same for the author/s' title/position); (d) Contact information: Postal address, E-mail, Telephone no: (Cell phone and land line); (e) Abstract: General outlines including Background, Aims, Methods, Expected contribution; (f) Keywords (provide atleast three keywords for your abstract/s). Use Times New Roman, font size 12.
Authors are responsible for the accuracy of the content of their abstracts and full paper. Word length limit is 200 words.
Full paper submission guidelines: Authors are requested to follow APA format in submission of full paper with 4000 words. In exceptional cases, simultaneous presentation of abstracts and full paper will be accepted for review.
