Abstract

This paper studies teachers’ attitude towards different aspects of emotional and ethical growth of top and ordinary students. By using survey and the researcher-made questionnaire, it has studied the effect of social relationship and teacher recognition of top and ordinary students on the attitude towards different aspects of their emotional and ethical growth in the high schools of Dushanbe City. The statistical universe comprises 360 persons (teachers of Tajikistan high schools). Random sampling method has been applied and the sample size has been estimated 186 by using Cochran formula. The research results reveal that while recognition of top students has more effect on teachers’ attitude towards them, social relationship is more effective for ordinary students.
