The idea behind human trafficking is commercialization of human body as a commodity. There is no doubt that supply ofcommodity is based upon demand. Human body is one of the driving forces for human trafficking. In India, availability of Human body is caused by poverty, unemployment, backwardness, lack of resources and high population. Researcher believes that Human Trafficking is a kind ofcrime which prevails at local, national and international platforms. Researcher presumes that India is one of the hot spots for human trafficking. Exporting of human body is one the common trend in India.
