Libraries and IPR in digital environment

This paper integrates Libraries and IPR in digital Environment. It mainly focuses on Libraries, IPR, Need of IPR, Copyrights, DRM and Libraries and IPR. This paper suggests that IPRs are important human innovation in the form of fair economic recognition by the inventors. Dissemination of work should be without fear of unauthorizedpiracy under IPR systems. The awareness among Innovators and Users about IPR is essential in the digital phenomenon.
