Abstract

Even though the act “The Transgender Persons (protection of rights) Act ” aims to provide the respect that the people of transgender community deserve, yet the fact that the rest of the LGBTQAI+ community has been excluded from this act, and there are zero rules being put in place to safe guard their rights, come as a disappointment. In this article the authors aim to study that in depth.
