The paper provides an insight into the relation between corporate social responsibility and business ethics. The paper highlights on the statement “If a business is not following basic business ethics then, how can anyone expect such a company to be responsible to society?” One who is not behaving responsibly within its own business can not be held responsible to others. Now a day, CSR and Business Ethics are actually behaving in a contradictory manner. The paper focuses on this issue.
