Abstract

This paper investigates the relationship among inflation, investment, population, export and gross domestic product (GDP) in Pakistan. GDP is taken as dependent variable while inflation, investment, exports and population growth as independent variables. The results show Economic Growth in Pakistan has positive relation with investment, export, population and negative relation with inflation. The Paper suggests policy prescription that the government of Pakistan should encourage investment, export and effective labor force as these are necessary for the progress of the country and discourage inflation as it is harmful for progress of the country.
