Abstract

This study pinpointed that Human resource accounting has great hand in enhancing growth of a company. By analyzing the financial statement and human resource value, various facts come into light. This study reports the relationship between firm financial performance and Human Resource Value (HRV) in ten selected companies of India. The relationships were determined using correlation coefficient and regression coefficient under a number of hypotheses. In this study, HRV has been found significantly related with the current ratio, acid ratio, and price to book ratio. However, HRV had no influence on the market capitalization and leverage.
