Working condition is a good old topic in human resource management but which is not at all given importance in small scale industries. It has become blood of the organization and need to maintain its purity, otherwise it will pollute the organization's culture. The significance of working condition is to manage an organization in such a way that employees can be very much satisfied, productive and will feel proud to be a part of an organization. In this study an attempt has been made to evaluate the working conditions of Tirupur based small scale garments units and how far the employees are satisfied with this working conditions and how it helps in increasing the productivity. The study is descriptive type in nature. The required primary data was collected through interview schedule using convenient sampling method.
