Abstract

The present study attempts to analyze the satisfaction level of customer in mutual fund, understanding needs of the various customer is a gigantic task. Reaching nearness to the customer needs and requirements indicates the importance of the organization efforts towards the increased customer satisfaction. Mutual funds companies and their service are increasing their efforts for improving the customer satisfaction level, companies are focusing to increase the customer satisfaction by improving their services, reducing risk, better profit etc, income is earned from dividends on stock and interest on bond and it is invested by the professional fund manager to the investment objectives of the scheme through this way they look for maximum customer satisfaction.
