Abstract

Training& Development is a very important field in Human Resource Management. This function aims at the development and performance of any group or individual in the organization. Training& Development has various synonyms like Employee Development, Learning Development and Requisites of Development. Organized retail outlets are the trends of modern world and to synchronize with are the employees of it. Thus, in this rational but fast business the employees should be fully trained to match the expectations of the customers, the organization and most importantly to one's own objective. This paper will focus on the various parameters of performance that are beneficial to employees of organized retailers and about their satisfaction level due to Training& Development.

This study is also important because in a small city like Amravati the process of Training& development provided to Employees needs to be effective enough to match the expectations of the organizations. The awareness regarding organized retail products among the employees and to which level also need to evaluate. Finally after the study we can infer the new trends and techniques of Training& development for the employees of Organized Retailers.
