Abstract

There are many drastic changes in organizational factors according to the change in external competition and technology. These are also increasing the people's Employment Choices. With this organizations are facing problems of employee retention and retention stability, especially of organizations where work force is young. As Employees are back bones and the cost centers of organizations, They have to retain their employees very strategically to reduce training costs, recruitment costs, loss of talent and organizational knowledge.etc,

The present paper is an attempt to bring out expectations of employees especially young workforce in organizations. Also it contains the problems and prospects of organizations and employee retention strategies.
