The order of the day is to have some enigmatic and charismatic mentor who can help us survive and overcome this vicious trap of economic recession. Every economy passes through recessions and booms but one always want to see the brighter side first.
This paper is to know the transition in employees’ behaviours and mental frameworks after any downturn. The objective of our paper is to study the impact of downturn on employee behaviour and strategies to overcome this psychological recession by employees in this scenario.
When the financial turmoil is pegging everyone back further no one knows how long the uncertainty will last. The study was based in NCR where about 100 employees from varied sectors were required to fill questionnaire followed by personal interview. The majority of our survey participants hold positive perceptions about the economic crunch and hope to smoothly sail through. Suggestions to overcome this unprecedented slowdown have been recommended eventually.
