This study has aim to examine the relationship between demographics, personal strain and job contents against turnover intentions in Indian automobile sales executives. 354 respondents were selected using random sampling from different kinds of automobile showrooms in South India. Research measures includes four parts, first part consist of demographics factors, second part of measures contain job content questionnaire, third part of measures includes personal strain questionnaire and last part of measures include turnover intentions questionnaires. SEM was used to find the effects of demographics, personal strain and job contents on turnover intentions. SEM results indicate that demographics, personal strain and job contents have direct and indirect effects on turnover intentions. Among the predictive factors for turnover intentions, personal strain and job contents are the primary predictors. This study concludes that demographic factors, job contents factors, personal strain factors play vital role in turnover intentions of automobile sales executives in India.
