A Framework for Education of Entrepreneurial Opportunities Recognition

Abstract

Previous researches indicate that many academics believe that the opportunity identification cannot be taught while opportunity identification lies at the heart of entrepreneurship, and therefore it should be part of entrepreneurship education. Entrepreneurship education literature puts forward the point that opportunity identification could and should be taught. Approach to teaching opportunity identification is firmly grounded in teaching various task related competencies. This article is trying according to factors such as previous knowledge, social networks, personality traits and entrepreneurial alertness; offer a framework for learning to opportunity identification.
