Abstract

Islamic organizations due to fundamental differences with the non-Islamic organizations require special methods to increase in organizational commitment and its triple dimensions. Research method of the study is descriptive - survey. Statistical society of study was 217 participants were selected 138 employees of Khomeini Bandar Imam Special Economic Zone by random sampling. The research tool was a 24-question questionnaire of Allen and Meyer's standardized questionnaire of Organizational Commitment. The results indicated that the Islamic management effect on employees commitment in organization and also usage of management patterns effect on the dimensions of organizational commitment (continuance commitment, normative commitment, affective commitment). Therefore, the following strategies to improve organizational commitment can be mentioned: positive and kindness look to each other, love and affection expression toward others, Fairness, waiver and tolerance, Amnesty and forgiveness, having good tempered towards the people, having good suspicion softness in speech, goodness and charity to others, Making an emotional relationship, clarity in affairs, accepted appointments, respect for equality and patience.
