This paper seeks to examine the effects of servant leadership style on effectiveness of industrial management. The study statistical population consists of 4 manufacturing organizations in fields of food, nylon, software and hospital furniture that using Cochran's formula at 0.05 error level finally 150 out of them were selected for analyzing data. Questionnaire is data collection tool in present research. All questions are arranged based on Likert scale. It's considered 5 options for all questions expanded from 1(very low) to 5(very high). Partial Least Square has been used for analysis gathered data. Research results show positive and meaningful effects of servant leadership on project success outcomes.
