Abstract

Employee engagement is the thus the level of commitment and involvement an employee has towards their organization and values of it. An engaged employee is aware of business context, and works with associates to improve performance within the job for the benefit of the organization. Employee engagement is emotional and intellectual commitment to the organization. Employee engagement means to be psychologically as well as physically present when occupying and performing an organizational role. Thus Employee engagement is function that brings together the employees and the organization. It is employee engagement that helps the organization grow. As a researcher our interest is to determine the factors that contribute to employee engagement. By analyzing the literature one can easily understand that it is Commitment, Value and voice, alignment and Culture that leads to increase in trust and respect which measures the degree of employee engagement. So in this study the researchers have tried to find out the effect of trust and value on employee engagement.

In this paper the researchers have tried to explore the rationale of employee engagement practices through data analysis by using SPSS and Excel.For the purpose the data has been collected through questionnaire and statistical tools has been used.
