Studying the Relationship between Knowledge Management and Organizational Entrepreneurship in the Department of Education in Saveh

Abstract

In the present era, knowledge management is named as one of suitable substrates for the development of entrepreneurship in organizations. The present study is investigated the relationship between knowledge management and organizational entrepreneurship in the department of education in Saveh. The population of the study includes all male and female teachers of Saveh high schools that are about 420 persons and 201 of them are picked using relative stratified random sampling and, Jersey and Morgan table. The method of data collection is based on questionnaire, which includes 22 questions knowledge management questionnaire and Jeffrey standard organizational entrepreneurship questionnaire (2002). Data analysis is carried out using SmartPLS software in two sections, measurement model and structure. Technical characteristics of the questionnaires including reliability, convergent validity and divergent validity are studied in the measurement model section and necessary corrections are implemented. Structural coefficients are used in order to study the research's assumptions in the structure section. The result shows a positive and significant relationship between the knowledge management and its dimensions, and organizational entrepreneurship. It is also concluded that knowledge management is a potential source for education and finally helps to improve the status of entrepreneurship in the organization.
