Abstract

This paper seeks to investigate the effects of servant leadership on project success outcomes. Statistical population is comprised of project managers and team members in company of Iran powerhouse-related projects management. For measuring servant leadership it's used from laub model (1999) with elements of values people, people development, builds community, authenticity, provides leadership and share leadership. For measuring project success outcomes it's used from indices of finishing by determined budget, by determined time, reaching to goals, satisfying stakeholders and not to outrage from scope. For analyzing data method of partial least square and variance-based structural equations is used. Results show that servant leadership has direct and meaningful effects on project success outcomes. Also, all elements of servant leadership have direct and meaningful effect on project success outcomes. Furthermore, among all elements of servant leadership, element of values people has highest effect on project success outcomes.
