Abstract

The present study investigated the relationship between emotional intelligence and leadership variables evolutionary study. Survey of managers and employees can be Telecom province. Emotional intelligence by Goleman Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire data and data related to the evolutionary style of Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire were obtained. The sample in the study is the personnel and the managers of the telecommunication office of Mazandaran Province. Data analysis was performed using Pearson's correlation coefficient and Friedman test. The results of this study suggest that evolutionary significant relationship between emotional intelligence of managers with leadership there. And the components of emotional intelligence, self-management and relationship management, have the greatest impact on evolutionary leadership.
