Abstract

This paper investigates the efficacy of Entrepreneurial roles of employees on business performance in 4 countries. We found that most of our hypotheses were support by the results. The results indicate that Entrepreneurial roles play an influential efficacy on the business performance, and also have a positive and direct effect on it. Entrepreneurial roles in this research includes Leadership, Supporting and administration of Both Roles at the same time, that played by employees in both idea development phase and also preparation & implementation of a new activity phase.
