The main source of any organization's excellence is its human resources. Stress on their wishes and needs, can draw the organization to its own place which is reaching to organization's goals and vision. Definitely, inattention to their demands brings in irreparable damage to the organization's structure. In recent years, emotional intelligence has been always one of slightly topics of scientists in organizational behavior. If an organization's staffs have high emotional intelligence besides individual's abilities, they can interweave logical elements with positive feelings and emotions and handle the problems in an ideal way. The main goal of this research is studying Relationship between emotional intelligence and job satisfaction of employees in the administration building of Comprehensive University of Applied Science in 2012–2013. The current research method is descriptive-survey type and it is applicable in terms of goal. Statistical community consisted of managers and employees in the administration building of Comprehensive University of Applied Science are 720 persons & it was used to define sample volume randomly and formula related to limited community and 255 persons were gained. Data gathering tools are 2 questionnaires of emotional intelligence package of sybria shring & job satisfaction of Mohammad moghimi. Analyzing information has been gathered by spss & by Kolmogorov – Smirnov statistical tests & Spearman & regression. This research's results shows that there are positive & significance relationships between emotional intelligence and job satisfaction of employees. Re the obtained results from secondary hypotheses (Self-awareness, self-regulation, social skills and social awareness) they have significance relationship with job satisfaction. It wasn't found any significance relationship only in self-motivational component of emotional intelligence. Among emotional intelligence components, the highest correlation with intensity of 525 was related to social skills relationship with job satisfaction. As a whole, employees in the administration building of Comprehensive University of Applied Science had high emotional intelligence and excessive average job satisfaction.
