South Korea's National Innovation System Analysis Compared with Iran's Increase Nation Product & Economical Development

There have been many studies on national innovation systems, the aim of which is to expand technological capability and increase national products and economical development by close cooperation between innovation activists in the framework of national innovation system. Innovation system definition, the system is just a combination or a network of activists in innovation field which is significantly important, but cooperation and interaction between these people is important as well. Cooperation in research and development is necessary for active group in innovation domain of any capable national innovation system. Also, structure, function and completion of various components of nation al innovation system have a high impact on improving national innovation capability. This article includes history, characteristics and patterns of national innovation system is South Korea, and at the end compress it with national innovation system components in Iran, and presents some recommendations to make it more effective.
