In the knowledge era, organizations using new sources of value are intangible assets that can take advantage of a competitive advantage. In fact, organizations that have a greater emphasis on the intellectual capital of Innovative Trends than other organizations, because in these organizations intellectual capital and knowledge paired learning more this in turn provide new ways to do things and to in general, innovation will be followed. On the other hand, innovation is necessary for organizational entrepreneurs. Due to the importance of intellectual capital, the aim of this study is to Investigate the role of intellectual capital as a factor influencing on organizational entrepreneurship and organizational innovation on Employees of General Education Center in Semnan University. This study is of descriptive – correlation method in terms of data collection and is of action study in terms of objective. For this purpose, 102 questionnaires have been collected from the said one population respectively. In order to assess validity of the research questionnaire, confirming factor analysis: of the first and second rating and for designating reliability of the said research, Chronbach's Alpha has been used respectively. Research hypotheses have been studied by the help of structural part of the structural equation operation i.e. path analysis. The results have been gained by collecting data from 100 employees in General Education Center of Semnan University. The data was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach. The Amos 22 software was applied for analyzing data and path modeling with latent variables the results show that intellectual capital has a positive impact on organizational entrepreneurship and innovation. In the current research, impact of intellectual capital on organizational innovation, more of impact of intellectual capital on organizational entrepreneurship. Finally, by improving the organizational cognitive, structural, and relational aspects of social capital, the organizations could facilitate the implementation of innovation
