This study is to know and explain the effect of organizational factors on innovation among municipality employees of Fassa; the statistical population includes 55 employees of municipality of Fassa city. Present study is a quantitative and descriptive research. To collect data the research made questionnaire according to Sadeghi's and et al. questionnaire (2011) was used as research instrument, and the reliability of the research instrument was assessed by Cronbach's alpha 0.84. The findings showed that the organizational factors (including employee involvement, learning, leadership, strategy and organizational culture) affect employees’ innovation.
