Abstract

The objective of the present study is to analyze the relation of inter-organizational trust and entrepreneurship of its staff with the mediating role of the intellectual capital management within that organisation. By objective, the current research is of applied type and from the standpoint of method, is correlative. Its statistical population includes the managers of the Special Economic Zone in Imam Khomeini Port amounting to 80 individuals. In collecting data, the following questionnaires have been used. Organisational Trust Assessment Questionnaire pertaining to Alonen et. al. (2008), Intellectual Capital Questionnaire of Bontis (1998) and the researcher made 121- Question Organisational Job Creation of Hooman (2006). The research findings showed that there is a significant and positive relation between the two variables namely: Inter- organisational trust, human capital and Organisational entrepreneurship. The human capital is a more suitable forecasting force for organisational entrepreneurship.
